Please fill out the form at the link listed below to add additional personalizations to your items.
List the items you need customized and all details of how you need your item to be customized in the message box.
Be very descriptive and specific. Include colors, sizes, positions, characters, etc.
You also have the option to click ”Custom Order Form” at the bottom of our webpage and fill out the order form that way as well.

Production Time
The estimated product time is currently 3-5 business days after placing order.
Orders placed on a business day anytime after 2pm, will be started the following day. (If placed order on Monday after 2pm. I’ll start order on Tuesday).
I DO NOT DO ANY ORDERS on weekends. (If placed order on Friday, I start order on Monday)

We offer standard and express shipping nationwide. The estimated time frames are the following:
Express Shipping - 1 to 2 days.
Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 days
We ship through UPS three days out of ever week; Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped.

Return policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchanges, you can contact us at Info@shopdreamlabelcustoms.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No items are eligible for a return. All sales are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We do not provide full refunds. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of a partial refund or an exchange. We do not offer full refunds because all items are handmade to order with personalizations and cannot be resold.
